Robert Stutz

Robert Stutz is lawyer and co-owner of a law firm specialising in intellectual property rights. Already focussing on the protection of design rights at the beginning of his career, he received a doctorate with his work on the same topic. He teaches at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), the Lausanne University of Art and Design (ECAL), and at the Bern University of the Arts (HKB). As co-chair of the MARQUES Design Team, he is involved in issues related to international design protection. Since 2019 he is also president of the Bern Design Trust [Berner Design Stiftung]. As coach and trainer he leads workshops on the art of negotiation.
