Chantal Prod'Hom
Director mudac
Chantal Prod'Hom is director of the mudac – the Museum of Contemporary Design and Applied Arts in Lausanne. Aside from that she is chair of the board of the ambitious architecture and art project, PLATEFORME 10. Previously she was managing director of Fabrica, the research centre for communication and visual arts in Treviso, Italy, founded by Luciano Benetton and Oliviero Toscani. As curator at the museum of fine art in Lausanne she headed the first contemporary museum in western Switzerland, die Edelman Foundation of Contemporary Art in Pully/Lausanne. She has a Master of Art History from the University of Lausanne (UNIL) and a postgraduate certificate in museum studies from New York University.
